Independent professional
You are an independent business, solely responsible for your services, credentials, licensure, continuing education, PTIN renewal, engagement letters, §7216 consents, Circular 230 and state-board obligations, insurance, and your own taxes.
Verification
You must provide accurate credentials and keep them current. Approval may be suspended or revoked, and verification may expire.
Proposed marketplace fee
Proposed launch commission: 10% of the service price you independently agree with a client through the platform. It is never calculated on a client's tax refund. Payment processor fees are separate. Not active; no charges are collected. Commission on attorney legal services is excluded pending jurisdiction-specific legal review; CPA referral-fee and commission rules require review. Refunds and chargebacks
