TaxShifterPro provides software: a professional directory, educational AI tools, calculators and a community. TaxShifterPro does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice and does not prepare or file returns. Professionals listed are independent; they are not employees or agents of TaxShifterPro.
No guarantees
Estimates, AI responses and community posts are educational and may be wrong. We do not guarantee refunds, refund amounts, timing or outcomes. Verification of a professional is a limited review of submitted materials, not an endorsement.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. You may not impersonate others, misuse the service, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
User content
You keep ownership of what you post and give us a license to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate the Community Guidelines.
Payments and cancellations
Payments are not live. When introduced, professionals will set their own prices and cancellation terms, shown before you agree. Payments would be handled by a third-party payment processor; TaxShifterPro would not hold funds in escrow. [REVIEW REQUIRED: payment terms, refunds and chargebacks.]
